what to do if the temperature strip is triggered
Cold packs arriving partially melted is normal and expected. Lyophilised peptides are stable up to 5 days at 40°C without potency loss. Refrigerate your vial immediately on receipt. If the temperature indicator strip on the box shows a triggered reading (rare), reply to your order confirmation email and we will reship at no cost. Do not return the original shipment.
