Reply to your order confirmation email within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery, for carrier loss). Include order number, lot number, and where applicable a photograph of the packaging or temperature strip. Do not return the original shipment.
If a reship is not feasible (for example, a discontinued lot), we will refund to the original payment method.
