How does shipping work?

US orders ship via USPS Priority Mail Express. Free 2-Day shipping on orders of $200 or more; a $15 flat rate applies below. All shipments include cold-pack and a temperature-indicator strip where required. Adult signature is required on delivery. Domestic United States only — including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands at the same flat rate. No international shipments.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted payment methods appear at checkout. We do not store card data; payment is processed by our payment partner. Subscriptions and auto-refill are not offered.

How do I get a Certificate of Analysis for the lot I received?

Every batch is independently tested by HPLC. A lot-specific Certificate of Analysis is provided with each order and is available on request. Reply to your order confirmation email with your lot number, or browse the public COA Library on this site.

My package arrived damaged or the temperature strip is triggered. What do I do?

Reply to your order confirmation email. Do not return the original shipment. We will reship at no cost. Cold packs arriving partially melted is normal and expected; lyophilised peptides are stable up to 5 days at 40°C without potency loss. Refrigerate the vial immediately on receipt.

Can I return a product?

Sterile research compounds are non-returnable once shipped, for product-integrity reasons. The only exception is shipping damage or a triggered temperature-indicator reading — in which case we reship at no cost (see Shipping). For details, see the Returns page.

Who can purchase?

Products are sold to qualified researchers and institutional buyers for in vitro / non-human research only. Checkout includes a required attestation. Buyers must be 21 years of age or older.

How long until my order ships?

Orders received before 1pm ET on a business day are typically picked the same day and dispatched the following business day. Cold-chain holdovers are dispatched Monday–Wednesday only to avoid weekend transit.
